Cancellation Policy – CLICKRAFT Digital Marketing & Media Solutions

At CLICKRAFT Digital Marketing & Media Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and branding services through strategic planning, dedicated execution, and transparent communication. Since every project involves the allocation of specialized resources and customized planning, this Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of their service agreement by submitting a written request via the official email address:

Cancellation requests will only be considered valid once acknowledged in writing by CLICKRAFT.

2. 15-Day Cancellation Window

Clients may request cancellation within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of signing the Service Agreement, provided that the project has not substantially commenced.

If work has already begun during this period, CLICKRAFT reserves the right to recover charges for work completed, consultation hours, strategy development, creative work, third-party expenses, and administrative costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

3. Cancellation After 15 Days

Any cancellation request submitted after the initial 15-day period will not be accepted.

The Client shall remain liable for the full payment of the agreed service package, irrespective of whether the Client chooses to continue utilizing the services.

4. Monthly Service Plans

For monthly subscription-based services, clients must provide at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle if they wish to discontinue services.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in the next billing cycle becoming payable.

5. No Cancellation After Project Completion

Once a project or service has been substantially completed, delivered, or approved by the Client, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.

6. Client-Initiated Delays

If a project is delayed due to:

• Non-payment

• Lack of communication

• Delayed approvals

• Failure to provide required content or access

• Extended inactivity by the Client

CLICKRAFT reserves the right to place the project on hold. Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or reduction in the agreed fees.

7. Agency's Right to Cancel

CLICKRAFT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the Client:

• Breaches the terms of the Agreement.

• Fails to make payments as agreed.

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Engages in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate behaviour toward the team.

• Requests unethical, illegal, or misleading marketing practices.

• Violates applicable laws or platform policies.

In such cases, all outstanding payments shall become immediately due and payable. Any payments already made shall remain non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Services

Cancellation of CLICKRAFT's services does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or services, including but not limited to:

• Domain Registration

• Web Hosting

• Meta Advertising

• Google Ads

• Software Licences

• Premium Tools

• CRM Platforms

• Email Marketing Platforms

Clients remain responsible for managing or cancelling these services directly with the respective providers, subject to their individual policies.

9. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• All ongoing work will cease.

• Access to internal project files, systems, and resources may be revoked.

• Pending deliverables may not be completed.

• The Client shall remain responsible for all outstanding payments due under the Agreement.

• CLICKRAFT shall have no obligation to continue providing support beyond the cancellation date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By signing a proposal, accepting a quotation, making payment, or engaging CLICKRAFT's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
